Dr. Twinky D. Belino earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Centro Escolar University, College of Dentistry in 2000. After graduation, she became a board member of her alma mater, Centro Escolar University Alumni Association from 2008 to 2012.

Her early trainings include Orthodontics and Basic TMD Management in Dental Awareness Inc. in 2007 and Basic Implant Course in Osstem in 2016.

After taking the PAED 101 Enhancement Program of the Philippine Academy of Esthetic Dentistry in 2014, where she received the Leadership Award for Batch 22 as the Class President, she then pursued further studies in Esthetic Dentistry and enrolled in UCLA for the Esthetic Dental Continuum Education Program in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A last 2016.

Dr. Belino attended several symposiums locally and abroad including the training for Esthetic and Implant Course held in Japan in 2014 by Tokuyama Company. Currently, she is enrolled in Linhart Continuing Dental Education Program at New York University, which paved the way for her to attend the seminars in Pforzheim, Germany in September 2017, then Taipei, Taiwan in June 2018 and New York, U.S.A in 2019. She also attended the Asian Pacific Dental Congress held in Singapore last July 2019.

Dr Belino's professional affiliations include PCOMS(Phil. College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery), PCOI( Phil. College of Implantology) and IAO( International Association of Orthodontics).

She also joined several Dental Chapters that include Manila Dental Chapter, where she served as an Assistant Secretary from 2012 to 2014 and as member of Las Piñas Dental Chapter and Makati Dental Chapter.

Dr. Belino is the owner of The Smile Empress Dental Clinics and has several branches at the Central Business District in Makati City and in Las Piñas City.
